1. We reserve the right to substitute similar items if not instructed otherwise. 2. Returns will not be honored if merchandise is altered in any manner. Must be in original packaging. Shipping charges for returning items are to be prepaid. We do not pay or are responsible for any shipping charges due to returned items back to our loading docks. 3. We will refuse returns without return authorization number. Returns will be refused by our warehouse without RA #. Return authorization number must be plainly written on box near shipping label. 4. Returns or claims will not be accepted 10 days after invoice date. No exceptions. 5. Returns are subject to $10.00 or 25% handling charge, which ever is greater. 6. All credit cards MUST match billing address. 7. There is a $25.00 fee for any returned check, for any reason. 8. There is a 25% surcharge for any rush orders. 9. We do not offer cash refunds. We offer Credit towards repurchase only. 10. We send all our rings in assorted sizes. If you want specific rings sized, please specify. 11. Due to the nature & use of earrings or body jewelry, we do not accept returns on these items for any reason. 12. We are not responsible for typographical errors. 13.
